What is the First Step to Transforming Your Body?

Below I expand around the first two steps to becoming YogaLean:

1. Believe you can transform your body.

It's remarkably important to always believe in yourself. I realize that's not a very easy aspect to do--even I've difficulty believing that I can accomplish a difficult task or achieve my goals.

Without hope, trust, and belief we can't achieve our goals, no matter what they're. For those who have an in-depth belief, combined with an action plan, the magic can happen and you will manifest your goals.

No matter the body type, it is so important to know in your heart that you are not trapped. It might take time, however if you simply truly believe (and want) a much better, healthier body, you can and ABSOLUTELY can get it. Replacing that negative energy having a commitment to concentrate on a positive thought process is the first step. It may go through just like a leap initially, but once you believe in yourself, the universe will follow suit.

2. Clear the clutter

What is really getting into the way of your weight loss? Sometimes having too much stuff around us energetically blocks us and helps to create barriers to success. By literally taking out the clutter from our lives, we are able to remove the clutter from your bodies. Quite often a lot of possessions and a "hoarding" mindset leave us with a lot of unwanted pounds.
